The Quality and Environmental Policy of Medidyne is based on our mission statement and values.

The scope of our Quality Management System is: Imports, sales, distribution, installation, training, and after-sales service of medical devices for diagnostics, treatment and monitoring in acute care, critical care and home care.

All Medidyne employees strive to satisfy customers by meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations.

• Our logistics ensure appropriate and timely delivery
• We assist our customers in choosing the right products for their needs
• We train our customers in the use of our products in accordance with the manufacturer´s instructions
• We service products in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions
• We continuously strive to reduce our environmental impact and integrate environmental considerations into all our activities

Should errors or defects occur in connection with a product, delivery or service, we will endeavor to solve the problem quickly, efficiently and professionally.

Our quality and environmental work complies with the Medical Device Regulation (MDR), the international standards EN ISO 13485 and EN ISO 14001.
